The unit is in a fantastic location within the building with easy access to the pool / hot tub/ exercise room/BBQ area - no waiting for the elevator! There is a complimentary village shuttle service available just outside the front door. Amenities include: heated outdoor pool, hot tub, gym, BBQ area and ski/bike lockers. The monthly fee includes property taxes, utilities, insurance, maintenance and management/concierge services. No Air BNB and no pets allowed.
