Immerse yourself in full sunshine and breathtaking views of the Salish Sea from this south-facing WATERFRONT property. It’s rare on Bowen to have access to a PRIVATE SWIMMING BEACH, but you do here via stairs & then along a path across the waterfront crown land strip. Only a handful of properties have easy access to this beach which has multiple shallow entry points. Imagine being able to kayak almost from your front door! Humpbacks & Orcas are frequently sighted from here and you can also hear their blows, sometimes in the wee hours of the morning.
