Although, finding parking in Vancouver's
downtown peninsula can be very difficult, residents enjoy
the convenience of apartment building parking as well as
street permit parking. Most apartment buildings offer underground
or above ground parking for a monthly fee of about $20.00
- $80.00.

As an alternative, neighbourhoods such as
the West End and Robson North offer street permit parking for
a yearly fee of $48.00. Permit parking does not guarantee a parking
spot right in front of your door but it is usually easy to find
and a much cheaper alternative to a private spot.
